01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mstar99 platform, accessible via the website mstar99.bet and all related services provided by mstar99. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and mstar99 ("Platform", "We").

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mstar99 account. This includes one account per phone number, one per email address, one per device, and one per individual name. Opening duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your mstar99 account password and login credentials confidential. mstar99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. 3.3 Account Name Must Be Consistent

The name on your mstar99 account must match the name on the payment method you use. mstar99 will not process withdrawals to any account or wallet that is not in the name of the mstar99 account holder.

• Football bets (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL) are settled based on official results after 90 minutes of play, including referee stoppage time, unless otherwise stated.
• For badminton, official BWF results are used as the definitive reference.
• E-sports bets are settled based on results confirmed by the official organiser of the relevant tournament.
• Matches postponed beyond 48 hours from the original date will result in the bet being voided and the stake refunded.

7.4 In-Play Betting

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Mstar99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to submit verification documents, instructions from relevant authorities, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

10.2 By Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@mstar99.bet. Prior to closure, all real money balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned once the verification process is complete.

11 mstar99 Liability Limits
